HOTEL RESERVATIONS POLICY

By making reservations with Tasik Villa, you agree to comply with and be bound by all house rules, regulations and policies as prescribed by the resort from time to time; all reasonable direction, orders and/or instruction imposed by the company; and all applicable local laws, by-laws and regulations of the country where the resort is located during your stay.

You are required to comply with the rules and regulations relating to the use of any of the property facilities, equipment and services including but not limited to Swimming Pool, Gym and etc. The use of these facilities, equipment and services are entirely at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not liable for any personal injury or loss or damage to property caused to any person arising from or in connection with your use of the building facilities, equipment and services.

For safety, security and housekeeping reasons, you have expressly consented to Tasik Villa to enter the guest room which you are occupying at least once a day even if the “Do Not Disturb” sign has been exhibited on the door.

 

PRICE INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE

Unless indicated otherwise, the accommodation prices that Tasik Villa indicate on this website are per room per night prices. Impose of 6% Service Tax only applicable after 31 December 2021 or (where applicable) and you have expressly consent to be subjected to any other type of levy imposed by the government of the day. Tourism Tax RM 10 will be imposed for foreign guest effective 01 January 2022.

 

PAYMENT

The full payment of the reservation will be charged on your credit card once your booking is confirmed.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The resort requires a minimum refundable security deposit of RM 200 upon check-in for incidental charges purpose.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

No cancellation. Booking amendment can be made seven (7) days before check-in. Booking will be forfeited in the case of no show. Payment is not refundable once booking is confirmed.

 

PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION

The site may display information regarding (“Promotional Offers”). Such promotional offer is subject to its particular terms and conditions. The resort reserves the right to amend or remove any Promotional Offer at any time without notice.

 

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY

The resort is available for check in from 15:00hrs onwards and must be vacated by 12:00hrs with no further extension whatsoever. Early checks in and late check out shall be subjected to a penalty being imposed.

 

AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The resort may amend, update, vary and modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any such amendment indicates your consent and acceptance of the amended, updated, varied and modified Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions or any revised version of the Terms and Conditions, you are advised to cease any engagement herein under the Website.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

We retain our right to exercise or enforce any right contained in the Terms and Conditions. In the event that we fail to take action, it shall not be deemed as a waiver of our right or prevent us from taking subsequent action in respect of that right or of any other right.

In the event of any provision of the Terms and Conditions being found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions. All provisions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.

The Terms and Conditions are written in the English language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
