The apartment is quite beautiful and unique with private pool.

I like the recreational activities... cycling & pedal boating. Wish to get apportunity to join a cruise tour around the lake but I missed that after returning to the hotel a bit late after had an iftar outside.

Breakfast-lousy

Booked a room with a jacuzzi. Clean room plus they also hv two bathrooms in one room with an acceptable prize. Will come again for the family villa.

Love the spacious & clean room. Ambience was excellent too. Tasik Restaurant Staff were So helpful & friendly. Overall, we Love the stay & will always come again.

Room (TV) - Just a few chinese channels, some of Sirius channels not available due to unstable network. Room (Pool) - There were bugs on pool when we arrived at hotel, staff were helpful, came n helped with a net, but then after cleaning, it was full of bugs again, may be the pump's clealiness problem but unsure, so we actually didnt use the pool at all. Room (Sofa) - with stains, needs to send for laundry. Breakfast - Due to Puasa month, breakfast was sent to room, quite good but limited variety. Staffs provided best service we could find in Malaysia, but hotel itself really need to work harder on the maintainance & housekeeping.

The place was great, nearby to all restaurants (10-15 drive). The staffs were kind and polite. I stayed at Berlin, the place was quiet and nice. The private pool was clean, but the cleanliness of bathroom needs more improvement. Overall the stay was 9.5/10. Thanks ☺️

Quite satisfied with the cleanliness, staff, and Iftar food. Order breakfast Nasi Lemak and was terible.

Awesome place to spend the weekend with family. The place was cozy and nice. The unit was clean. Swimming pool area need some cleaning up though, there were falling leaves that block the drainage.

The room is spacious. The indoor pool is big. The hotel pool is ok.

Booked during Covid19 - No refund due to Malaysia lockdown. Email - No reply!

Room lighting is not enough. Very deemed. Please use a brighter light. Hairdryers are not functioning. The breakfast provided was not satisfactory. Aside from that, excellent !!!

The room view, environment and location is good & quite, but the services not so good. The breakfast since we're still under MCO control, not allow to dine in, counter ask we choose the breakfast set from menu said put on our room, but end up we search whole room without a piece, next day even given wrong set breakfast of we choose, and the spoon set also missing. The morning call delivery for breakfast so rude. Hope hotel services will improve. Overall if for vacation purpose is worth stay, very near drive to PD waterfront, and opposite hotel have Lukut Museum.

Pros: - very clean, car park in front of villa, private pool (main factor we choose the villa), breakfast delivery to the room. Cons: 15-20 minutes drive to the beach.
